Lyricist Madan Karky said that he had penned down 35 Pallavis for the second song in Thuppaki and finally one of them was chosen. Happy that lyrics are the top priority among the music directors, Madan wishes this trend continues for quality songs.Harris Jayaraj is scoring the music for this Vijay starrer which is being directed by AR Murugadoss. The film’s director had said that 60 per cent of Thuppaki’s shooting is over.
The director, in a recent interview, also lauded Vijay’s commitment in finishing the project as early as possible. It may be mentioned here that the Ilayathalapathy will move over to Gautham Menon’s Yohan Adhyayam Ondru soon after completing Thuppaki.
