Some sections of the media has reported that, Thuppakki shooting was halted due to misunderstandings between Vijay and director Murugadoss, which was now aired by the actor..

Vijay say’s, “No issue like this, Thuppakki will revive once tussles between TFPC and FEFSI are called off.”

Speaking about his future choices Vijay told, “I will be choosing similar roles to that of Nanban and will rarely do action entertainers.”

And the actor concluded saying, “I would love to do performance oriented scripts like Nanban.”
